A Word About Shipping
We default to UPS for our main carrier. Shipping costs have gone up in recent times but we don't charge extra for shipping. We charge a flat shipping fee for U.S. deliveries to keep it simple and to provide you with that cost up-front. The shipping fee covers the cost of the shipping and the cost of the box.

Warranty
As a car enthusiast for over 40 years and the inventor of the Dirt eRacer I want you to be happy with your purchase initially and for years down the road. I have engineered the Dirt eRacer with premium components that I have personally tested for years in order to produce a washing device that is reliable and designed for years of service. Like every cleaning sponge the actual sponge head will naturally wear out as a function of use. For this reason the sponge is replaceable as a “consumable” item.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects or problems that cause the unit to not perform as designed for the period of one year. As part of this one year warranty the sponge component is limited to 50 washes. Lastly, color changes to the hose and the sponge are also considered normal. If the Dirt eRacer does not meet your expectations we want to know about it so contact us at support@mydirteracer.com and we will take care of you. Please include your order number when reaching out with warranty claims.
